Between 20 and 30k (around 15–20km).
What walking pad / desk / shoes do you use?
My setup has evolved over the years. At the beginning it was a laundry basket on a normal desk/table with bed risers. If you want to get started, pretty much any standing desk, walking pad, and comfy walking shoes will get the job done.
